It is truly superhuman. Pick up a copy of "Real Illusions: Reflections" and listen to it 5 or 6 times. Incredible.
Out of the three Vai is my favourite. One of my favourite tunes is Whispering A Prayer. I heard him play it live twice before; that gave me goosebumps. A lot of people say he doesn't have soul and that he's all technique and flash; I challenge you to say that after you've heard him play that song live.

Also out of all the gigs I've attended, I think Vai's probably the most entertaining and he definitely makes an effort to make it more than just about his music, although I'd be completely satisfied just listening to him play.

Gotta get me a copy of Real Illusions.

Disc 2 is one of my favourite Dream Theater CDs. It probably comes a close second after Metropolis Pt.2: SFAM.

Hm. I like disc one a lot more. Probably because I like their heavier stuff more.

Dream Theater - 'The Glass Prison.' Cooling down after a hard bike ride.

Train of Thought is great for heavy stuff. It's got some crazy time signatures too.

Currently listening to Say I by Creed
